What If It Wasn’t A Problem?
In this episode, we discuss the common issue of making feelings of inadequacy mean that we have done something wrong. As adults with ADHD, it's important to recognize that we are the boss of our life and that we get to make the rules. We can focus on our own progress and accomplishments, and understand that our current reality is not a problem as long as we are taking steps towards our aligned goals, regardless of what others may say or have said in the past.
